Before you start digging
- My new set arrived short a piece. Can LEGO send it?
- Usually, yes. LEGO Customer Service replaces missing pieces from recently bought sets. Brick Party is for everything else: used sets, old sets, and sets you are rebuilding from a mixed pile.
- What if I don't know the set number?
- Search by name or theme instead. If all you have is a loose piece, identify it by photo to see every set it came in.
- Where do I buy the pieces I am missing?
- Export your missing list as a BrickLink wanted list or a Rebrickable CSV, then order from sellers there. You only buy what the set actually needs.
